Brooke is in Third Class. She loves nature. She is particularly interested in spiders and bees. She shares her birthday with someone else who loves nature and teaches us all about nature through his programmes on television…David Attenborough. Brooke wrote to him telling him all about how she loves spiders and that they share the same birthday. Brooke got very excited one day when she went home from school to find an envelope with her name on it. It was from David Attenborough. He was kind enough to take the time to write back to her and tell her about his love of spiders too. We were all delighted to hear about this and to read the letter.
