A big thank you to historian/grandad Jack who paid us a visit today. We had a few lingering questions following our study of the 1916 Rising and Jack was the man to answer them! Ms.Lyons and the girls in Room 23 were blown away by his knowledge of Irish history. He was so kind to answer all our questions. We learned so much more from his stories than we would from any book!
