The girls in Senior Infants had a great culture day where we learned all about the different countries in our classroom. We learned lots about Poland especially. Did you know that in Poland on the 1st of June they celebrate Children’s Day or Dzień Dziecka. On this day children get to play games, have some treats and eat their favourite dinner! We think we should have this in Ireland too!
We also got to taste some Lithuanian treats which were absolutely delicious!
