It's Science week and we are talking about how much sleep we need.
It's Science week this week. All the classes are doing lots of different things for it, as you can see from the class pages. However one thing the whole school is talking about is sleep - how much sleep do we need and how much we are actually getting. Good sleep habits are really important. All the girls throughout the school are keeping sleep diaries to help them focus on the amount of sleep they are getting or not getting. The girls from Junior Infants to Second Class are designing their own pyjamas while the girls from 3rd to 6th Class are talking about sleep deprivation. If you would like to keep a sleep diary too, please download it below, and join us in thinking about how much sleep you get or don't get. Have fun!
