We linked in with a live science lesson for 3rd- 6th classes all over Ireland on Tuesday. We learned about acids, bases & the pH scale. As part of our learning, we experimented with using red cabbage water to indicate where a substance is on the pH scale. Some of our predictions we accurate, others were surprising! We all enjoyed it very much. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the smell of the red cabbage water......! :-D
