Sleep Week 2025

In January we learned all about the importance of a good night's sleep!
We learned about why our bodies and brains need sleep and lots of ways to help us get a better night's sleep.
The Wellbeing Committe designed posters which were displayed around our school with lots of sleep facts.
We kept sleep diaries for a week to help highlight what was impacting our sleep and how we all felt during the day when we slept more the night before!
We all agreed that more sleep equalled a better mood for pupils and teachers alike.
To finish off our sleep week we had a sleep quiz with our Buddy Readers at our Sleep Assemblies. We are all sleep experts now!! Well done to all.
