We are vets!

On Friday, we had a very cute surprise visitor to our classroom!
When we came back in to our nice, warm classroom after yard, we noticed that a cute bumblebee had sneaked in the open window, looking for a nice, warm place to rest!
First we kept the bumblebee safe by putting it into a see-through plastic container. We were able to have a really good look at it, up close. We even saw it feeding on some flowers which Ana gave it.
Then, we all went out to the yard and we spotted a pink cherry blossom tree. We gently put the bumblebee onto its flowers and we saw it going crazy, feeding!
We all cheered when that happened!
Afterwards, we all felt very good about ourselves for having saved the beautiful bumblebee. 💖
